I've stayed here for a year and a half. Good location especially if you work on base. Cindy took good care of us. Apartments are recently being updated with new appliances and flooring. Very spacious. Pet friendly. Safe area as well.

Not very helpful. They place smoker rights over everyone one else. At least three other apartment are effected adversely by one resident and nothing is ever done.

Great price for a great place. Yes it's older but it's got everything me and my wife need and the office and maintenance people are very easy to talk with and get things done. Been living here a year now with no complaints

Great location, but very old and run down. Appliances are 1970s era and frequently break, and cabinets and doors are often painted over with cheap paint. Management is very restrictive with what you can and can't do. Basic accommodation with a heavy patina and a lot of rules. There are better places to spend your rent money.
