Bayshore apartments was our first place we got to move into, they were so helpful with us knowing we didn’t have any renters history before. We moved into our 1 bedroom earlier this year and we love it. Then a 2 bedroom opened up that was close to our current one and we asked about moving into it and they are willing to do so. The manager, Nancy is so kind and very nice and helpful, she is always willing to answer any questions we have and doing her best to help us out. If you’re looking for a place I recommend checking out Bayshore apartments!

Two stars for the laundry per units and five for the view and 0 for living in Astoria so hard to get good jobs and afford good health care for all the family's needs. Anyway moved back home.

There is a refundable pet deposit and a monthly "pet rent" that is non refundable. Rent averages about 1100+ and I do believe they're raising their rates again. It's cheaper to sign a yearly lease compared to a month on month basis.
The first buildings were built in 1971 as student housing, with the other two building being added not long after.
We do not have any opeing right now but you are always welcomed to apply and hold a future spot.
