I had an issue with the power steering pump on my car. The guys ended up getting 2 faulty pumps before getting one that worked as it should. They were dedicated to solving this problem, and the owner started after hours to make sure he could get my car fixed for the road trip I planned for the next day. Put a few drops of water on the belts if it stops its a belt but sounds like one of the wheels that holds the belts has bearings going out or the belt tensioner
