Went to a wedding there and I don't know if the heat broke but it was like 50 degrees inside. Pretty much ruined the ambiance, everyone had to be bundled up in coats. The inside is run down, it seems they started to fix it up and stopped a quarter of the way through.

Upper floors are aprts. The lower area is part management office part venue and a few business areas as well.

Is there internet? What do the apartments look like? Are they studio, or do they have a bedroom?

You pay for your own internet. Mine is a one bedroom and it has a kitchenettenette.

I don't think there are studios there, arre there? NOHA will tell you there is a 2-year wait. But it actually varies. Goid luck!
