i hate it here. if you want peace this is not the place. they blast music all night long with no regards to people who live here. it is sunday night and i have to get up and go to work but cannot because of all the noise and bass from music.

Deani is the best Leasing Agent! I'm still in love with this community. I first toured The Remy in June 2021, and was hoping for an October 2021 move-in, unfortunately I wasn't sold on a first floor unit and I switched employers a month before my move. Deani assisted me for over 6 months - sending me unit options and updates on the new development next door, The Remy Phase 2. Once again I had my heart set on moving into the new building and having first dibs on my favorite unit, but ultimately along with the employer change, my Landlord gave me a hard deadline, and I had to be sure I secured a place being that my stay had already been extended. I want to thank Deani and all of the Leasing Consultants who were so persistent and loyal to me at a client. I love the architecture, decor and vibe and would recommend to anyone who's interested. - Ms. Clark

I’ve lived here for 3 years and as times go on things get worse. STARTING MARCH OF 2022 WE ARE ONLY ALLOTTED 7 GUEST PASSES A MONTH, AFTER THE SEVENTH ITS $10. Matthew (the person who is supposed to assist residence) has a very condescending tone and is very disrespectful. When there is an issue they do not solve the problem. The apartments are cheaply developed, I cannot wipe my walls down without the paint coming off. There is black substance in the faucets. I’ve complained about it but nothing was done. The hot water is also very inconsistent. It’s a hit or miss when I can take hot baths or showers. Also there is a man who lives in the building who has a foul oder and he is always sleep in amenities space and if you didn’t know he lived in the building, you would assume he is one of the many homeless who roam the building…. Yes that’s right the security is horrible. Packages are constantly left unattended giving opportunity for theft. Yes the amenities are great but it’s not worth the hassle. It’s definitely not worth 2300 dollars a month.

I signed a 18 month lease in Dec & first I would like to say that Jeanae has been the most helpful thus far and always has such a polite attitude when speaking with me about my questions and concerns and just a helpful all around being. I truly appreciate her thus far but her other co workers I have been in contact with can be so rude at times which is completely unprofessional & uncalled for considering this is my first apartment/first experience which sucks and it hasn’t even been a month yet! I have brought to many mistakes on their behalf to their attention before I was even able to move in and not once was I rude so I expect the same in return! The reviews I have read revolve around the same matter and I can honestly say that the reviews have not let me down yet which I chose to look pass and give this apartment complex the benefit of the doubt and have my own opinion based off my own experience. The apartment itself has nice amenities and nice features but PATIENCES, PROFESSIONALISM and EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION can go a longgggg way! Loose the attitude, hostility & DO BETTER !
