DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve been living here 10 months & this has been the worse experience ever. Water, heat, and air constantly being shut off. I can’t count how many times my heat has been off this past the & I’ve had to leave for the night because it’s too cold to keep my newborn in there. Maintenance doesn’t fix issues they patch up the work. My window doesn’t close completely & they told me they couldn’t fix it, instead they put tape over the crack to keep the air out. My wall and ceiling have been cracking since living here and it has never been fixed. Property is not kept clean trash everywhere & looks dirty. The pot holes are ridiculous & only getting worse. Mice infested even still after they supposedly filled my holes. Parking is terrible. Communication between rental office & residents is terrible. Any time maintenance comes to my unit the say the wiring & other things are not correct. I will be glad when my lease is up.

I live near the rental office and the only issues I have is with maintenance requests getting completed in a timely manner. If my request isn't completed timely, I speak with one of the maintenance men directly because they are always around. I have not seen a mouse however I know they are around as I have placed several of the decon baits around my unit and they have been nibbled on. I have seen a total of 3 bugs in the year I have been here. I take advantage of having the pest control coming out and treating my unit as I see fit. Now the pipe repairs that are currently taking place can be annoying at times, due to work trucks taking up parking spaces, having rows of parking spaces blocked off overnight while they work and this pile of durt that has been by the leasing office taking up parking as well. However, I am always able to park in front of my building. Overall I've had a positive experience here.

Stay away from this apartment. Thank God me and my family was able to moved out last month. Worst place to live. Too many mouse, roaches, cars get break-in, Not enough parking space. You going to be fighting for parking space and the office staffs are rude. Its hard to get in touch with the office manager; she’s always in a meeting and never return calls or replied back to E-mails . They are so quick to request for rents every month while the apartment property condition is really bad. If you have kids, this apartment is not a good living condition for your family. Maryland health department needs to visit this property.

Please take your time to read this before living here so you don't have to waste your time regretting it. As someone whose lived here for almost twelve years I'd say it wasn't the best experience. For one, like people are saying, the parking is bad. Since its usually always packed, my family and I had to park far away from our building. The laundry room is also bad. Someone stole our clothes basket and already put their clothes in it. There was a dead mouse by the trash can. One of my family members saw a rat in the storage room too. There's bugs behind the washers. They raised the price for the washers too. For the apartment, we saw 3 mice since since we lived there. There wasn't too many roaches. Since we lived there for almost twelve years, our apartment didn't get renovated. But, they put in new cabinets in the kitchen and new foyer floor. Its not that safe either. Apparently, someone was held at gunpoint when they opened the door. People have been robbed so they added lights to keep robbers away. So, it wasn't that great of a place to live at.
