Don’t ever make the mistake and move here you will regret that you ever signed that lease the worst community to live in, in Lanham. Mice roaches, Maintance, they will steal your car, break in your car, break in your apartment, steal your packages if you need all the stuff done to you then fine move in otherwise run.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I have been living with mice since I moved in. I’ve called every month to have them do something about the mice. All they do is bring traps and maybe some copper if they have any left. That means there’s a mice problem on the property! They’ve only done a search and seal once after I kept complaining about seeing mice. Now I don’t even call them. I trap them myself. This summer there was no A/C for the majority of the time. I called the health department to complain of the extreme heat. The inspector came out twice and I don’t think anything was ever done. I had to purchase hotel rooms three times so that my daughters and I could be comfortable. At one point, I called the owner of the property and told him how hot it was in my apartment. His response was “well if it’s as hot as you say it is, open up a window.” Now why would I open up a window to draw more hot air into my apartment. I’ve complained to them about my kitchen ceiling leaking every time it rains. The first time, I was told they couldn’t fix it because they would need to get on the roof and it was raining. The next few times, someone came out, looked and did nothing. So now every time it rains, I record a video for my records. Take heed of my review and avoid this place! They are the worst! Even someone from maintenance told me that the property manager informs them to work on vacant apartments only to fix them up for new tenants. You will have regrets as I do, if you move here! AVOID FOREST LAKW APARTMENTS!!

The buildings are infected with roaches and mouse. Some apartments have mold like the one I was leaving in. The owner treat tenants like trash, poor maintenance service.

🗣🗣DONT MOVE THERE!!! Worst complex EVER. Their air condition don’t work, I had to call PG health department on them. Bedbugs , mice everywhere and let’s not talk about Roaches, no matter how clean your apartment is. The management sucks, and maintenance are the worst. They don’t care about their tenants it’s all about their rent. They don’t deserve any ratings. FOREST LAKE APARTMENTS 👎🏾👎🏾
