Found the perfect car in the perfect color, 2014 Civic Si sedan (Sunburst orange) was able to get the time off from work to fly up and drive the 1150 mines back home. (I stopped of course and got a hotel room) The buying process was easy, I able to do most of it online and just had to do the final paperwork at the store. Express pick-up is what they call it.!!! Two weeks in the car has been great, had a small issue with the a software update, scheduled it and the team back home has been very supportive. Overall terrific car at a good price!!!

Absolutely wonderful, professional and courteous team at Carmax. Only had one instance of having to redo an application because of one of the clerks in the business office making an error, but that wasn't much of a hassle. I adore the big yellow bows that are placed on the new purchases. It truly makes the customer feel as if they are receiving a nice, big gift!
