This apartment complex is well kept. The apartment itself is modern with nice high ceilings, which makes it feel so much bigger. Staff is nice and welcoming, and they are awesome about pets which is always a great bonus for apartment complexes.

My previous review was somehow removed. This place is terrible. Do not rent here. They make it look nice in the photos but really it's cheap construction and is already falling apart. Management is either understaffed and or does not care which makes it seem like they don't care about the facility and the tenants. Not worth the high rent. Look elsewhere.

I moved in here last month and so far I’ve been extremely disappointed with management. I’ve had two maintenance issues that I found during my walk thru, brought it to the attention of Ashley (the leasing agent) and found out a couple weeks later the request was never put in. I’ve had to contact them frequently to get it addressed, last week I finally had someone contact me and got the request scheduled for today…they never showed up. There has been no communication on the missed appointment. This is extremely unprofessional, I shouldn’t have to track them down to get them to do their job. The apartments themselves are nice, I like the updated appliances and ac. Parking isn’t too bad. I have a year lease, at this moment I don’t see myself staying here past the end of my lease because of management.

Beware! We only lived here for 3 months while evacuated from the wildfires and everything went OK until we were moved out. We are still trying to get refund of $150 cleaning fee and drip pan fee after 4 months of phone calls and emails. Just a heads up to future renters. Not very responsive management. We had the apartment professionally cleaned and provided the paid invoice to management. The drip pans on the stove were pristine yet they charged us for replacement and for cleaning. Just FYI to future renters. We are still trying to resolve this. Unhappy Riverwalk Camper
