Everything you may possibly need is present, including a pool, gym, lobby work area, and complimentary coffee. The complex is well managed and very clean. When it comes to housing demands, all of the staff members are very responsive and courteous. I had a wonderful experience leasing with them!

I chose Tessera Apartments while living out of the state. Maria answered all my questions and there was a great option for me back then so I signed the lease after just a couple of days. It turned out to be a great option. My apartment is super clean with brand new appliances/cabinets. Moreover, the apartment is secured with controlled access everywhere. The staff here are very nice. The location is great, and you can get everything within 10 minutes drive. I really love living here so far.

My Move in experience was really good, friendly and welcoming :) Maria, Jocelyn and Jacob are very patient, quick to respond, answer all questions thoroughly Maria sent exactly all the specific details I asked for, maps, location of unit, distance to parking, elevator, trash which made my decision easier. She took specific interest in suggesting units to fit most to all of my requirements. I initially had trouble navigating parking myself, but she gave me the tour again upon signing the lease. I wanted to check out the unit before move in since it was already vacant, Jocelyn and Jacob helped me with my request, they were very accommodating when I was late for my appointment. Tessera sure has a very efficient and transparent staff, I love it here so far!
