Place is horrible for being one of the higher priced places in the area. I’ve lived here for a month the water is shut off for hours on end for Multiple days in a row Because of outdated plumbing. The apartment is an electrical nightmare. Electric plugs will work one day and not the next. A fire waiting to happen. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I’ve been here. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and the sink drains very slowly.I requested a light bulb it’s been over a month and nothing. The bathroom doors don’t latch. It’s pretty much a 1980s apartment with a new paint job. The staff is absolutely no help. Most of the amenities like the pool and hot tub are usually closed. The staff usually sends out an email once a week threatening the complex that they are going to remove dumpsters for being over filled or shut all amenities down for over flowing trash cans. The staff seemed very confused about the rental process. The day before my move in they emailed me saying they gave me the wrong move in date resulting in me having to get a hotel until the apartment was ready. The staff does nothing to remedy any of these situations. There is usually loud parties at all hours of the night because the complex got rid of security to save a buck. Every neighbor I talk to says since the new management took over it’s been like this and won’t be staying here. I’m to the point that I’m going to move elsewhere. I would highly recommend steering clear of this place.

My roommate and I moved into a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment here in December. We love how much effort the leasing and service staff put into making our move and time at home the best it could possibly be. Our leasing agent Yvett has gone above and beyond especially with the move in process and all the questions we’ve had. We are so grateful!

I moved across the country from Minnesota and into Centro apartments in January of 2022. The staff has been wonderful especially since I had a ton going on with moving. I picked up my keys 2 weeks before my moving truck arrived and started to have I have packages delivered prior to my arrival In Oregon. I have a cat and they were so gracious grabbing packages I had delivered there before I arrived. Love the style of my apartment, so much storage. Only part that can be difficult is parking but I don’t mind. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

Yes, we have a swimming pool and hot tub with an outdoor cabana and fireplace! We also have a splash pad in our pool area.
We have a 24-hour fitness center with cardio equipment, TRX, free weights, and fitness on demand.
Yes, we love pets at our community! We have no weight limit, but some breed restrictions that can be found on our website under "Pet Perks".
