Shout out to Juan and Nathan, their dedication and care towards the residents is excellent, they have gone above and beyond so many times in the 3 years that I have lived here. The office staff is also great and I really appreciate their attentiveness and responsiveness to questions and concerns. The office can be a bit hard to get a hold of on the phones sometimes due to a policy to let calls go to VM if they are working with someone, but I have adapted to communicating mainly through email with them, which is fine most of the time. The grounds are nicely wooded with lots of great shade trees, and there are nice neighborhoods adjacent for walking, its also walkable to downtown Orenco and the Max. The grounds are kept clean and tidy, the dog waste bag dispensers are always well tended to and stocked adequately with bags. There is adequate guest parking, assigned carport for residents, and garages that can be rented (unattached). The pool and hot tub are older but well maintained. There are parcel pending lockers and an access controlled mail room. Most residents are courteous and professional, many Intel employees live here who are mostly consumed with work lol so its a pretty quiet bunch. The apartments themselves are very well maintained and updated. One thing to note, especially if you are coming from out of state, is that Cortland Village, like most neighboring apartment communities, does NOT have air conditioning. Some people may say that you don't need it but I would advise that you might as sometimes it gets quite hot (90-100F, 115 one day last year!), and can be especially so if you are on a top floor. The only kind of a/c unit that fits these windows is a "portable air conditioner" that has a air vent that goes out the window (box window units will not work and are not allowed). Overall I'm very happy living here for whatever period of time that I live in Oregon, and really appreciate the staff that work here, that is something that is very important to me in an apartment community.

I have lived here for a while now and I enjoy my neighbors and the neighborhood. The apartment is walking distance to a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants and like almost every bank right across the street. the Jennifer, Kristie and Brittney are so sweet and they're the reason I chose these apartments.

Very respectful community. The leasing agents are always very friendly. The managers are super helpful. Great location to Intel, most major banks a crosswalk away, easy access to the highway, and short walk to the Max train station.

My experience thus far after living here for a year: Quietness: 4.5/5. I'm a light sleeper and I had a snoring neighbor when I first moved in. Transferred to another unit and never had any problem since. Maintenance: 5/5 Always quick and responsive. And nice. Also I find submitting maintenance requests online extremely convenient. Parking: 5/5 Assigned carports with excessive guest parking. Service: 10/5 Seriously the staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. I would live in any apartment ran by these people. Thank you. Overall: amazing/10 would recommend.
