Karen was responsive to him, timely, and went out of her way to show him all the options available! She also took the time to send photos and provide all the details he needed to make the right decision for his first apartment. Her positive, fun spirit, and can-do attitude made the whole process really seamless and enjoyable.

I transferred to Oregon from overseas a month ago. So Vector is my first apartment in the US. It was my first time to sign an apartment contract and Karen was very helpful. At first, she showed me available apartments in Vector, Rowlock, and Hub 9. There were many choices of floor plans and interiors, and I chose Vector, which I liked the most. I had just started working in the U.S., so the move-in process was difficult, but Karen helped me get started and it went smoothly. The apartment and common areas are very luxurious and clean. What I especially like is the coffee machine on the first floor of the common area. I use it every morning. If you don't care about coffee beans, you can always have freshly ground coffee. There is a pool in the common area and it is heated. It's February now, so it's cold, but you can swim in the pool. Also, the quick response to problems is fantastic. I told them that the heater in the living room broke this morning and they fixed it this morning. Unbelievable! I do not plan to move until I return to my home country. It is a very nice apartment and I would recommend it to others.

I was a guest visiting this apartment. I stayed for a week. The apartments are nice! The amenities offer are great! It is very luxurious. The back staircase smells like animal urine. Very appalling. I don’t fault that with the management. This says a lot to the residents that owns pets. Why would you allow your dog or cat to urinate on carpet stairs?!!
