This is where I live. It is an apartment complex. There are over 700 apartments, with 17 Maintenance Workshops. Included in the rent are such amenities as an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a Gym, a Fitness Center, an indoor Movie Theater, a Computer Room and a Common Room in the main building. (May have to get on a waiting list for a Covered Car Port or Garage.) The Quatama MAX Station is a short 5-10 min walk away.

Over 20 years old now and even though it hasn't bolstered any of the new commodities of true technological comforts they seem to nonetheless get away with raising the price of residence and the affectation of disparity seems tantamount right here in the heart of Washington County; where is the love people?!

The manager, or one of the managers, Susie is completely useless and I can't for the life of me understand why she has this job. She ignores concerns and makes minimal effort to deal with issues between residents like harassment, threats, and the setting of a fire. Many of the residents here are extremely rude and on multiple occasions will hit your vehicle with theirs and just keep going on with their day. The office staff is pleasant, particularly the receptionist. Honestly, she's the only decent or nice thing about this place. The apartment we moved into had many issues when we moved in like a broken countertop and cracks in the ceiling. If this is your last resort, go for it. If not, keep looking. You'll be happier living somewhere else. *Update November 2021: The staff is utterly unhelpful when it comes to the issues I mentioned above despite their claims of trying to make it right or having made any true effort to find resolutions. After said neighbor set his apartment on fire like an overgrown child, I was told I'd have to listen to renovations for 2 weeks. It took over 4 for renovations to be complete. There was no courtesy or decency to inform me that it would take longer. In addition, now that the neighbor is back, the same issues have resumed with no help once again from the office. There are regularly police officers called into this complex because of crime or suspected crime. Honestly it is not a safe place to live. The office and corporation itself offer no reduction on rent for the distress or inconvenience from the fire issue or death threats.

I love love love my new place. It’s everything I wanted a big upgrade from my old place. The staff is amazing! I grew up in these apartments and coming back with my own family feels like home. I remember when I was younger we had so much fun here they are kid friendly. I hope my kids can experience the same childhood I did!
