Terraces at Tanasbourne Apartments

This review is strictly as a prospective resident. My family and I took a tour of the property with Sydney. The grounds were well maintained and the apartments we viewed were decently sized and laid out. Sydney was a delight, though! She really made the experience very personal and my whole family left feeling buzzed off her lovely energy. We decided not to rent with Terraces, mostly due to finding an apartment that better suited our needs, however this was a close second for us.

One star, if I could give zero I would. The plumbing is sub standard, it takes at least three flushes for one bowel movement, the walls are incredibly thin, you will hear everything your neighbors say and I mean everything. Seriously, not worth what they charge.

This is a very dog friendly apartment complex. I have a service dog, and I feel very safe walking her around the complex at night and early in the morning. The staff is very friendly, and all of maintenance requests have been fixed same day. I wish I had gotten a little bit more information about where my mail box, and the dumpsters were when I first moved in. But other than that this place is great.
