We lived in Palladia for two years and we would highly recommend it. It's a great location, great facilities but the staff would be the best asset of Palladia. When we decided we wanted to live in Palladia, Miguel made the transition very quick and smooth. We have seen the staff go above and beyond - picking up trash in the community. Darin even picked up dog poop personally because I think he took immediate action of our request. When we were missing a package, Suzanne sent me a list of neighboring communities with their contact info. It was super helpful because the package was actually delivered by mistake to a different community. At the time we left, Michelle was very helpful with our account. Last but not the least, Sarah has truly been so pleasant every time we saw her. She always had a smile and friendly demeanor. She would unlock the gym for us during our appointments. She would send the maintenance right away. She took the initiative to let us know we had a package at the office. She really took care of us and made us feel the Palladia was our home.

We lived at Palladia for three years. While we love the neighborhood and location, there are fundamental issues with complex. Here are some examples: - The buildings are old and poorly built. Faucets leaking, shower door always leaked, windows won't shut all the way..... - Everytime we asked for a maintenance, they just try to patch things instead of doing it correct. They serviced the shower door three times and it was leaking when we left. Same for the windows that would not close properly. I had to tape them. - More than $200 per month for water and sewage /trash bills. - when we moved we asked for a walk through and they refused. Then they charged us more than $2500 for the carpet, stove and all sort of cleanings.

5 stars for the Palladia team! Michelle helped me pick out my apartment from afar, even sending me photos from the balcony of my unit the week before I moved in! She was so genuine and communicative that I was confident about leasing my apartment from out of town. The rest of the office staff even helped accommodate a family member picking up my keys because I was stuck out of town in a snowstorm. I am thrilled to be moving into Palladia and was kindly welcomed by Suzzanna in the office when I dropped off my paperwork. My building has been quiet, has a wonderful view, and was very clean on move in.

We love Palladia. We've been here almost a year. The neighbors are quiet, the property is clean, the office and maintenance are friendly and quick. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is the $185 hike in my lease coming up, I get that prices are going up everywhere, but my wages sure aren't going up that much, so it'll be tough to remain if this happens every year. I already pay $100 more per month than the apartment was advertised at, because when I went to sign my first lease they said the price had gone up since it was posted.
