Tbh, I’m a person who doesn’t like to impact people’s businesses negatively and I’ve never been this mad due to a service I receive or a product I buy. I’m not happy and I don’t feel good to write the following truths about this complex. The reason why I’m writing a review is that I think I’ve tried to give them my feedback in person so that they had a chance to work on it, although they did not even care! Here is my review: This complex does not deserve to give it even a try!! In the beginning, I thought they were responsible and professional in their job. I even suggested few of my friends to live in this complex and unfortunately they did. Two of them will write reviews soon regarding what the Club did to them! 1- From Jan 2022, we’ve had to go to the main postal office in downtown of Hillsboro every week to grab our mails and it’s about 40-50 mins driving (round way)! Whenever we send the leasing office an email asking for a time when this issue will be resolved, they even do not reply our emails. I received a response for once when I sent them few emails and complained a lot. 4 months ago they said that they would install new mailboxes in 6-7 weeks! Still, we’re waiting for new mailboxes. Maybe their week has more than 7 days! 2- We’re supposed to put our trashes behind the main door (except Friday and Saturday nights) and a company is supposed to take them and put them in the dumpster for $25/month, it’s only 15 secs walk! What a business it is! The company doesn’t do its job on-time. Some apartments have trash cans behind the door (received from the leasing office) and some don’t! I’ve seen my and my neighbor’s trashes go bad quite a few times due to not taking them to the dumpster! 3- We use Domuso to pay our rents. I’ve been paying my rent since April 2021 and every time I paid it on the first day of the month! For July, it got rejected and neither Domuso nor the Club gave me any reason other than not having enough fund in my bank account, although I had at least few times the rent in my bank account! Besides that, they charged me with $25 as late fee! I would highly recommend you considering other complexes for rent!

Relocating is stressful, but the staff at The Club at Tanasbourne Apartments made the transition to Oregon much easier. Everyone made completing the paperwork and viewing the apartment electronically easy and quickly ( I found out the hard way why they made it so easy to get the paperwork completed before arriving). Our apartment was ready to move in as soon as we arrived. Update: After living here for over 6 months, I wanted to keep other relocates from making the same mistake that we did. From the first week, we have dealt with noise from rude neighbors(barking dogs and a downstairs neighbor that constantly maxes out their tv volume when at home). If that was it, that would be great. The parking area across the street from our unit has constant very loud noise every morning and it is like living next to a truck stop the rest of the day. Even more, the noise from the roadway and sirens from the ongoing ambulances and firetrucks are an everyday occurrence. When we arrived and found out about the noise level, I talked with the so called management to find out how worthless they were to help. When I first contacted this place, I told them I was relocating and needed a quite apartment due to working night shift. Once I talked to the manager about the noise issues, I asked if I could shorten the lease I had signed before getting here - she stated I could not shorten the lease and to buy a fan for the noise. We already had an air conditioner and fan going, but this did nothing for the very load noise. The only fix she stated was that I could buy out of my lease for a 1.5 month payoff and 30 day notice for an already extremely overpriced apartment. If you have to stay here, please come here first and park close to the apartment in the morning and evening.... Trust me!!!

Not worth giving even one star due to an irresponsible attitudes and a delayed closing process without any excuse. I'm not the type of person to leave a review like this, but I'm so disappointed that I have to leave it. I don't want to say everything, but just one thing is that they charged a full-month pay for my last rent although I only stayed 8 days (12/1~12/8) and I gave them a 30-day vacate notice in advance on 11/8. I even returned my keys on 12/3.Anyway, what's even more amazing is that I haven't received my last check yet (IT'S OVERDUE!!) to refund my all security deposits as well as the overcharged rents which must be returned to me within 31 days. It's been 34 days so far, but they didn't provide me any notice or excuse about the delay although I've actually been asking them to keep tracking this process several times to be done without delay. Anyway, it happened eventually. It seems that they just start checking it after I claimed about it again today, which makes me really angry and leave this review finally. I just want to settle the matter amicably so as not to go to a lawsuit, but the way they work is really testing my patience. In addition, do not request anything to Kelsey. She is very IRRESPONSIBLE and kept saying "need to check with a manager", but I guess she never checked and just making delays without replying to me. After complaining about her irresponsible attitudes, her manager started taking care of my requests and provided a transparent communication, but it couldn't erase my bad memory with her. Apartment and its environment is great, but the leasing team is very disappointing and irresponsible.

The staff at The Club are very polite and Friendly, from the people working in the office to maintenance. They all seem very happy and are always willing to help out however they can. The buildings are somewhat old, but they have been well taken care of and it is a nice place to live. I had my dog with me, and the amount of grass and open areas throughout the club was fantastic, it made pet life in an apartment so easy! The year that I lived at The Club was a great experience all around and if I didn't have to move away for work I definitely would have stayed much longer.
