Very convenient hotel to the airport, almost literally walking distance. They seem very busy due to this. The room that I stayed in was very spacious and despite being next to the airport, was very quiet. Check-in was a little slow but it seemed like a computer issue, not concierge’s issue. Nice open and bright lobby to welcome you. Plenty of parking as well. I only stayed one night but would stay again. Everything was in great condition that I saw. I do believe there is limited service in the restaurant/bar area.

Positive: Staff was quick to react to poor room conditions. Negative: 1st room I was given the AC did not work and the shower did not drain and over flowed to the rest of the bathroom. 2nd room I was given was better (AC worked) but, but there was no hot water at the bathroom sink because of leaky valve.

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given three different rooms . Two rooms were on the first floor and they weren’t cleaned right. One room had coffee grains on the counter and what looked like snot on the wall. The other room’s headboard was filthy. I finally was given a room on the third floor which was good. The only issue with this room was the cable did not work in the living room.

We booked our room ahead of time, but when we got there the person at the front desk assigned us a room that already had occupants. When we asked them to assign another room they told us there were no clean rooms and we would have to wait. The room they ended up giving us was a room with 2 queen beds rather than a suite that had an additional seating space and 1 King bed. They told us it wasn’t available, yet we walked right by a clean unoccupied one as we exited the hotel. There was no urgency to rectify the situation. They didn’t even seem to care.
