Very nice decor, calming music, attentive staff. Great food. Amazing fried ice cream. They add 20% gratuity to the bill automatically if you sit down to eat.

Appetizers: Edamame, Bangkok Roti, Fresh Roll (substitute shrimp for firm tofu), Fried Tofu, Gyoza Veggie (steamed, not fried), chive dumplings, scallion pancake. Last time I was in Ying's both service and food were excellent. The time before that I had a similar experience to the one described here. Really depends on the staff here.
