Education on how to not interact with special needs individuals in crisis is severely needed! My resident was already in crisis because the scheduling system didn't register the appointment made and then this woman comes out and is nothing but rude further escalating the situation. If you don't know how to deal with an individual in crisis when their staff is there do no say a word please and let trained staff handle it per our individuals behavioral protocols!

It was an awful waiting experience in Hyannis, MA. I have been waiting around 40 minutes ..., for blood work to be drawn. The tv monitor status said, "20 minutes for a while," then "2 minutes for like 20 minutes," then thereafter "3 minutes for 10 minutes and going." Now the screen just went to "7 minutes of a wait (after all the above)." It is a horribly long wait, they are doing things slowly with they're testing or drawing blood, and for like 2 people maximum at a time."

I go here every few months for tests. I always make my appointment ahead of time and receive a code to enter when I get there. I have always been called exactly at my appointment time, regardless of how many people walked in. I have always received courteous and efficient service, every single time. This is why I go to the Hyannis office.

Terrible, I did a test 2.5 weeks ago and still no results was told the machine malfunctioned and they'd onto have a turn around time

I'm sorry I do not work for quest. I am just a person who goes there.

What days do you draw blood for VA patients? I went to quest last year and woman told me they didn't do blood drawing for VA on that day. Drove all the where there for nothing.

Sad to say that I can't answer that. I wouldn't think that it wouldn't matter if you were a vet or not. (Thank you for your service) If you go online and register to get a time and day how would they know you were a vet? I would tell you to call, but noone seems to answer the phone. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

What are the hours of operation? I have to have blood drawn before my appointment at Hyannis VA Clinic on the 28th of October. Thanks!

They usually open at 630 am, but I would go online and register, for date and time. You will be guaranteed that time slot. It is not first come first served. If you walk in you will be taken when there is an opening.
