Hi there Erin!!
Dogs are not allowed at Morrison Springs. There is a sign posted at the very front.
Just to re-verify I just called the park myself and was told again that dogs are not allowed.
They allow service dogs. Service animals are “dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities,” according to the Revised Americans with Disabilities Act Service Animal Requirements.
This does not include emotional support animals. Emotional support animals are not service animals.

Not like they're going around with breathalyzers at the least populated Spring in Ponce!
