Yes, but need to be on leash and clean up behind them.
Dogs are allowed and if the park is relatively empty nobody will care if your dog is unleashed. This is one of the few parks it is safe and exciting for your pet to be off the leash and swimming!!
Yes must be well mannered kept on leash. We are usually kayaking so ours stays on it. Not sure about the beach area. I have seen other people with their pets as well.
