Lobby area had food/garbage left on the tables in the restaurant area that was still there the next morning. Was told that breakfast would be available at 7AM. After showing up at 7:15, food was still not out and they blamed it on 1 individual being late for their shift, while staff just sat at the front desk and watched the chef bust his butt to try and pull things together for us and the other guests. We were trying to get on the road early for our family vacation but had to delay - no apology or anything from the manager on staff. Very disappointing service for a Hilton property…Several other options available in the immediate area that I would recommend checking out before reserving at this location.

Front desk staff was not polite. The pool was closed, and the staff was unapologetic about it. We picked this hotel for the pool! Also other members in our group found their room dirty and underwear under the bed! Please pick a different hotel.

Positive: I for sure will be staying here again in the very near future. The lady at the desk was VERY nice and helpful. Negative: Totally was disappointed that check out was 12 and not 11 like I thought. I hate rushing around.

Arrived after midnight, went to 4th floor and was hit with a horrible smell in the hallway. Followed by a colony of ants in our bathroom. Stood at front desk for 15 minutes while they called around to other hotels and then somehow they found a room. One Elevator wouldn’t go to 3 and 5 floors for our stay. Ran out of cream at Bfast on Saturday am. Asked for manager to call me. I had to call back several times to reach him. Place is tired and worn. Not up to Hilton standard at all. AVOID IT!
