The reason I gave this rating is because of the administration’s side of it. Whoever is evaluating the benefits, need to be retrained or hire more qualified people. Had to filed an appeal and won. The security guard and the young man in window 2 was very nice and made the process very easy ( they deserve 5 stars),

The old man at window 2 is VERY RUDE and I have reached out to this administration 3x's about this same issue and have received 3 different answers. Now I can understand why there are so many issues within the government because they do not talk to each other. How could my son's father be paying child support under a child support enforcement order but when we go to SSA, my son is not listed as his child??

It was hot, had to stand outside for 15 minutes. Then when allowed inside it was still still warm. Wait was an hour. Not enough help.

My experience was customer service. The agent I spoke with was a young black man. Very rude and when I asked for his name he hung up. When someone is seeking help you should not have individuals that sound like they don’t want to help or don’t want to be at work. I called the second time and I asked for this person name he said “Pierre.” I knew it was fictitious.

If he is leaving for good then he would have to find a payee where ever he goes but you should still be able to be his payee if you use the money for his benefit I would still talk to someone at ssa
Yes or you can go online for an application.
Most likely not. It's a federal holiday. Banks are closed. Mail doesn't run.
You probably have to call and ask or leave a message and go through the options to see
You do not have to if you have coverage. Make sure you keep that proof. If you do decide later to get part B, you'll have to prove that coverage or possibly pay a penalty.
No, it does not really matter.
You have to go in person to talk with some one over set appt
