Not a long wait. Wasn't very busy. Awesome staff. Patient, understanding, great attitude, and very helpful. Didn't take to long to take care of business. The lady security officer was awesome and did a great job. Great experience. My only complaint is the sign in computer needs to be fixed. The buttons are not responsive you have to keep hitting the same button over and over again before it registers. Other than that it was a great experience.

Personally, I'd just go there on a Tuesday thru Friday morning. My experience with phone calls is they don't work, especially with voicemail. Just ask the security officer when you get there to set one up. As long as you don't go the first few days of the month, you should be able to see someone within a half hour at most.
