Terrible customer service. The entire building smelled very strongly of cigarettes and weed. Even though you can reserve "non-smoking" rooms, the whole building is essentially a smoke house. The front desk guy was in pajamas and flip flops two days in a row and had a very idgaf attitude, likely high in my opinion. They didn't have the room available that we reserved, the first room we tried had blood stains on the carpet, and had many other obvious signs that it hadn't been cleaned. The second room was marginally better but was lacking the coffee pot, had very few towels, none of the bathroom supplies had been restocked. The sink, blow dryer, and heat lamp were also broken. Literally go anywhere else, they're charging for a much nicer experience than they're offering. I've had better stays at hotels half of this price.

We booked a double, but what we got was a second pull out bed with a spring mattress that was stained, pointy, and felt 20 years old. There were no extra sheets, or pillows. The room was set to 78 with the heat on, in July. It took an hour to cool down. I will not stay there again.

Positive: Nothing!! Unfortunately through this website I was automatically re booked here. Negative: Very dirty !! I had to buy my own linings to take a shower. Had to clean my room myself to feel comfortable with sleeping in it. Was moved room to room until I finally got tired. So I purchased cleaning supplies myself to sanitize the little area for me.

The lady at the desk was very nice and polite. However, the hotel just wasn't pleasant. The halls and lobby had a strong smell of weed. My room, a nonsmoking, luckily didn't smell too bad. There was some ants in my room. But the biggest issue is that until 3am, people were running up and down the halls, banging on people's doors. Staff clearly didn't do anything about it. So it's impossible to get any sleep. Great location, right next to airport. Just didn't see or get my money worth.
