They are not professional, Several letters were sent from their office with the wrong date, mail was sent to an old address Therefore my disabled daughters benefit was to be stopped, Another worker wanted my Bank account number over the Phone. I was asked numerous times to verify my address, that benefits will discontinue, And they have I have been compliant! My daughter will not receive her benefit. I have to do a redetermination. Which was never stated in any phone contact nor letter from their office. She reps the consequences of incompetence, inaccurate, low cognitive . Unprofessionals Still no change, it’s worse, August 2, 2022. Worker at Ansonia Office, Main Street just don’t give two Pennie’s with holes in them, she don’t return phone calls and made an addition overpayment after I called and disagreed with the first one.
