I like living there. Been there for years. They have a laundry room on the first floor. There is an elevator. There is a free public parking lot across the street. If you are on section 8 housing they will acomidate you. Call them for all the information.

Rent is $1000/month. Heat and electric included. It has an elevator and a laundry room. Free parking in lot across the street.. You have to call blue Brook Properties to find out more info. I just rent an apartment. I don't work for them. Good luck.

Why don't u show the whole apartment??? There's mold around the toilet of a photo you are showing to renters...smh... I can just imagine how the other apartments are!

Too many problems in this building. They evict people with mental disabilities, because the other people with disabilities antagonize them. And let the rest stay. New management is horrible!!!!!
