Emily the manager is very rude and disrespectful, maintenance crew is not doing any work, the crew lost the key to my apartment, and the only thing Emily offered to do is for me to take off work for them to make a copy of my key…. I asked if she can get a lock box from HD, she said no, I asked if an employee can wait until 6pm when I get home she said no… so my kitchen is full of sewer water and again I am left to take care of it all by myself… don’t move here for your own sake

Horrible place to live at…. No maintenance crew, office is rude and disrespectful, maintenance issues are not taking care off…. I’ve been living here for 18mo and my apartment constantly getting flooded, I’ve been promised that they will steam clean my carpet and that never happened, sewage backs up on a monthly bases…. Just horrible place.

the buildings don’t have studs in the right places of their walls, they leave their tenants with 90 degree apartments for months on end, lie about maintenance work being fixed, office staff offers no help and office manager Vanessa will hang up right in your face.

Everything was great until I paid my application fee. I stopped getting anyone to answer the phone, no emails back. I had to show up at the property to get my move in date and even then it was still up in the air. I have been given the run arounds since then. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone half the time as a resident. Then what they don’t tell you is there is only one water tank between 6 apartments. So when you go to take a shower the water pressure is up and down or to cold. I was told I have to find a time when no one else is using the water and stick to it. Haha something I should have been told before I moved it. I have been over the office twice now to get a mail box number and I keep getting the wrong one. I normally don’t even leave reviews but here I am not even a month in and can’t get anything done in a timely manner. Put in service request and some how they get lost. The manager isn’t the best but that’s another story.
