DO NOT DO IT. YOU COULD DIE. These are owned by a corporate company that approve emergencies. IN AN EMERGENCY, they have NOBODY on-site - not for Multiple gas leaks, co leaks, flooding or trash everywhere. All of which we’ve experienced in LESS than a year! 1. They lie about rent and amenities 2. They charge suspicious fees in the office & won’t respond to you about why or how or refund them 3. They retaliate if you complain 4. They have favoritism toward certain residents and treat us all different 5. You’re physically not safe here 6. They don’t do rental assistance 7. They don’t care about your life at all just money 8. Repairs don’t get made unless you threaten them 9. They don’t even have door knobs in an area where someone is ALWAYS getting shot Worst apartment and staff I’ve ever experience. They enjoy being negligent, unprofessional and rude. They’re corporate so everyone is terrible, sneaky and out to screw everyday people over. DO NOT DO IT

If you’re okay with mice , roaches , unanswered phone calls from front office , and constant visits from kcpd then this is the place for you. I’ve only been here 1 year and this place is horrible for the amount of money you will be paying for rent. Don’t bet your money on paying 755 nothing. Your rent bill will be close to 900 if not. Can’t wait til I move next month.

I've lived here going on 5 yrs and wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live here. Management is always changing on top of poor customer service which causes many people to be evicted. They updated everything to online but instead of putting your lease renewal online, you have to chase down management, that is never on site to begin with. Maintenance staff has been poor the entire time I've lived here and now with people being evicted, you come home to people's belongs being discarded all over the front of the buildings. If I could give -0 stars I would. If you do have to move here don't do it for more than 1 yr, it's not worth the money or headache

My Mother has lived here for a year and I am currently looking to move her out due to frustration of dishonesty and changes not being made clear to tenants. There is no organization and customer service is nonexistent with this company. Horrible Management, This place is under new ownership and it's still unprofessional, the office is disrespectful to tenants, lack of empathy, no communication regarding changes and new guidelines being put in force. Tons of tenants are being kicked out who are currently on housing assistance due to the company no longer wanting to accept them. They are giving them 30 days to move. The stories I heard while waiting with my mother at the office are terrible. The main door to the building is always broken, it's loud and dirty. I wouldn't recommend you move here.
