Ordered an appetizer & 2 kafta platter to go & small kibbe nayeh & lemonade to eat in while I am waiting , poor small kibe neyeh came with with 4 pieces of onion peel for decoration and nothing else, and then to my surprise 😲 the check came with 18% tips eventhough my order was to go except for the small kibeh and they state very clearly 18% percent will be added on table of 4 ! So why she added it on 1 person carry out ! I get to my office no olive oil for the salad , mo plastic ware, the kaftan well done although was never asked how do inside it. Ownership change is horrible if you don't train your employees. Very bad experience that will not be repeated.

I ordered a take out and while I am there waiting, I was it's new owners, OK, give me small kibeh neiee ! It is OK. But no spices mo 🍅 on the side , very poor plate, here comes my order with my bill & 18% gratuity on the whole take out bill , lol, never again.
