If I could put no stars I WOULD ! THE ROACH INFESTATION IS RIDICULOUS ! I’m more scared of them then they are of me ! I’ve done witnessed flying roaches here. The roaches will greet you at your front door !! And Whatever the exterminator is using to kill, the roaches are using it to multiply….. at this point I think it’s crack to them.Don’t move here, it’s embarrassing

The office staff are super friendly. I can't wait to move in. The apartment seems spacious for me and my kids and there is a lovely looking park very close to the unit.

ROACH and rat infested! The pest control doesn’t help at all. There’s fights in the parking lot every single morning and evening. Extremely loud neighbors. I lived here for for about 9 months before I had to break my lease for my own safety. Firemen and police are called to these apartments almost weekly. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I've recently moved in with my boyfriend, been here about a month. When we first arrived, the AC didn't work for five hours, which was truly hell since we had just gotten done moving a bunch of things into the apartment, but at least it was fixed in a timely manner. The dishwasher flooded the first time we used it, and the sink was clogged, water going into one side of the sink and coming out of the other. The patio door was also a pain, and I ended up getting trapped outside for an hour because my boyfriend was at work and the door jammed behind me. But everything was fixed very fast! I just feel that these are things that shouldn't have been problems in the first place. Amber, the leasing agent, has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, very friendly, and straight to the point. Now that everything has been fixed and there are no more issues, it is indeed a lovely place to live. Sure there are police sirens every now and then, but come on, we know perfectly well where this place is located. Overall, I'm very happy that the maintenance was so quick to fix everything and this is a great place to live, especially for the price.
