the experience begins as soon as you have your ticket and you are about to enter one of the best venues in the city of Seattle with a quite peculiar musical offer and unique groups this place has it all an incredible mystique perfect acoustics and all the elements that you need to go and live a great concert depends on the artist you are going to see but you will always leave with a great taste in your mouth the perfect logistics for alcohol consumption the security is very good and I register the services such as bathrooms and staff always very attentive At first glance it seems like a small place but already within those impressive places I recommend you if you see a group of your favorites on your billboard do not miss the opportunity to go the prices are very accessible and you will have a perfect time

We sat in the ADA section which was located in the upper bar area for the Aly and AJ concert. We would have had great seats with a clear view of the stage while sitting down except for the huge pillar that blocked the view from nearly all of the approximately 15-20 seats designated for that area. We were very disappointed that the venue didn't seem to take into consideration the height level of a person in a wheelchair or Sitting in one of the chairs provided and that we couldn't move from that small section since we purchased our tickets because we needed a guaranteed place to sit. Other than that we liked the venue lay out and loved that it was just a few minutes from the ferry terminal.

This is probably my favorite venue in Seattle. It's a great chill space, and the sound is good. Just recently went to see Bad Religion and it was great of course!

I've been to Showbox SoDo for a handful of shows ranging from Bruno Major, FINNEAS, Daniel Caesar, and Remi Wolf. It's a really intimate set and the audio system works great. I love how there is a small bar and 21+ section. I wish there was a bit more viewing space in the 21+ section, as there are small tables near key viewing locations which often times are snagged pretty early on. Parking is usually easy to find around the venue for $5-$10 + options for free street parking. It's also close to the link - 10-15 min walk.

It's next to stadiums, so very busy when there is a game, sketchy-ish otherwise. Showbox in itself is cool.
I think they're sold out from the show 6 moths ago... 🤷
Depends on how much you want to spend. There are plenty within walking distance but being downtown they are pricey.
It all depends on what time the show starts. Usually about an hour before the show starts.
Masks are optional however they would like people to wear one
I had to show card and wear masks at several of their events. Not sure about the recent change though
Try to park at the Seattle Mariners garage located right behind the venue. $20 or $25. If you get there early enough you can get a nice spot close to the entrance. Less than a 3 minute walk from the venues front door.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12pm to 5pm. Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 2pm
Utah Ave or Occidental usually depends on events
Need to call before a show or when the box office is open.
October 1st you HAVE to show a Covid Card be fully vaccinated
You have to be fully vaccinated with ID and vaccination card
Proof of vaccine and or negative covid test with 48 hrs of show
A note from the artist: “Unfortunately we will be cancelling Ski’s 4 west coast shows this week. Ski performed over 80 shows in 2019 in support of his album Stokeley with very little rest. Then at the end of the year, he lost a dear friend when Juice died. In short, Ski needs more time to rest and deal with the emotions. Additionally, being that we’re in a new year and new decade, we feel it’s important to record new music that accurately portrays where Ski is at as an artist in 2020 before he takes the stage again. Ski looks forward to bringing his fans his best show later in the year with new material. We trust his fans will support him on this journey, as they always have. Thank you for your understanding.” https://www.thenovodtla.com/events/detail/38248
You probably wouldn’t be able to see the show if you sat in the back, but you would not be able to use a camp chair in the standing area
That's a great question I would suggest getting there as early as possible bcuz all seTs are first come first served. So be first in line to wait then when you enter the space you can hold the seats/table
Hi, Joey Contact the actual business here: https://www.showboxpresents.com/plan-your-visit/contact-us (This is just the general community, like regular people who write reviews after visiting a business.)
1700 1st Ave S. You can indeed pick up your will call ticket in the hours they are open
Yes. You will be allowed in. The venue is all ages, in exception to the bar(s). You will be carded before entering the drinking area.
Our show was rescheduled and they reissued our tickets. If your show was flatly cancelled, theyll refund you.
Yes they will just as long as the ID is current
I was there last week, Sunday we attended One Ok Rock concert with me and my sister. I'm 22 and my sister is 16 so that means your good to go.
Yes
As of now Showbox said on Twitter that the show will go on! But keep checking in on their social media accounts just in case of sudden cancelations.
General admission
Don't bother using spothero or reserving a spot...it'll put you further away than chancing Street parking... And the pizza place across the road is awesome.....with a fabulous bar next door...
All events are general admission, however there are "VIP" upgrades available- it gets you a table and a server.
There is a pay parking on the side of building look for people useing flashlights to wave threw. There us other but stay around sodo as Seattle doing major construction arond ferry terminal.
There is some seating up by the bar, but the majority of the venue is stamding room only.
Doors usually open 1hour before the start time. If you want a seat in the bar you need to be earl than that.
Phone is cool
Online is easier.. or there is a box office at the showbox
The age restriction varies depending on the event you're attending. They range from all ages to 21+. It should be specified within the specific event info page on the website.
