Wow, shocked. I'm skeptical that they even attempted to clean some of my items. I brought my jacket home with a note saying that they couldn't remove some if the spots. I tried removing it at home with a q-tip and tiny bit of some soapy water and it came off. What did they even do over there?

Terrible customer service consistently. Feel bad for the owner but consistent awful hires. I called several times around 4:40-4:50 time frame to let them know I was coming to pick up my clothes. Arrived at 4:58. Doors were open so I entered but all the lights were off inside. She told me it was 5 but I showed her it wasn’t. She had already closed at least 5-10 minutes with everything off. She was not going to give my items even though I gently requested it given I drove 20 minutes to pick them up. I asked for the owner/ manager’s phone, she said she doesn’t have it and she could only give me the store number:) The number she doesn’t answer even when she is there and doing nothing. Never get one smile from any of workers here, or hi. Zero customer service even when things go ok. Wait till you need to raise a point, everything goes bad then, good luck. I feel bad for the owner but he/she should post his/her number to be contacted at the least to allow for improvement. I had been a customer of for years. If the owner contacts me I will remove this review so I feel at least my issue is addressed. If the review stays then you know they don’t care.

We have had service done here. We have heard multiple times that there is this young lady that works at the front desk during weekdays who is less than professional. Being friendly, warm and welcoming are the basics of this job which she is not...It has been such a surprise?!
