The Veterinarian's office Manger is Horrible. She is rude & refused to set visit for my 6 puppies all because I did not call and cancel a week appt for one of the pups the got a bad UTI. Gateway clinic couldn't get the poor pup in for 1 week. Pup develop bleeding when urinate so Urgent AVA specialist is where the pup had to be treated. This lady won't let me speak with the Vet or even give me a no cancelation fee, just flat out they can't see my dogs known Due to covid No Vet is Accepting New Patients. I give this place a 0 for No compassion.

Hey guys jus wanted to spread some love to this animal clinic because they were very polite and professional over the phone. The lady I spoke with was so soft spoken plus she listened & didn’t over talk or rush me off the phone and that was a plus. We will continue to visit whenever it’s needed.
