I called Renee today (current Manager at SCOTTS VALLEY SELF STORAGE AT 90 SANTAS VILLAGE RD. I've never used a storage facility before and needed to learn all about it...and fast! Renee took my call. She is personable, patient, funny and has a big heart. Renee walked me through every aspect of the business…how to reserve online, the billing and fee structures, how to enter the facility, access and lock the unit, how to pack and protect our belongings, and how to check out on time to avoid paying for a space you're no longer using. Renee cares about her customers, explains things with ease, listens deeply and is a shining light…kinda gives you hope in the world when you meet someone like Renee. I will follow up with another review after I use the facility.
