I worked with Maurice and Charles. Both were very responsive and easy to deal with. Maurice stayed on top of my project even sending me an email to follow-up. These were a couple of the best support people I've dealt with in a long time.

We have had very few issues, but when we did, the phone customer service support was terrific. The technicians were knowledgable and capable, respectful and patient and thorough. And importantly, there was no charge for this service. This was important because our solar loans are much more onerous than we expected although we pay almost nothing for the electric itself now.
