Five stars all the way recently renovated excellent breakfast with the variety of options good room temperatures very clean new clean smell. Very quiet room super nice front desk personnel and staff. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk to the folks preparing breakfast are very nice and welcoming. Centrally located in the plaza area walkable to just about anything.

I had the opportunity to stay at this property on a business trip and I was pleased with the overall quality of the stay. Customer service is outstanding and truly lives up to the Hilton standard. The rooms appears to have been recently renovated and the cleanliness throughly the property from the room Itself to all public areas was excellent. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options and hot breakfast items. The only thing that was disappointing was the climate control in the room. It was quite warm even when setting the AC to the lowest temperature setting and the fan on high mode. I think this may be the byproduct of the older building infrastructure. If the AC worked better in the room, this would easily have been a 5 star review.

Positive: The hotel and room were very clean. The staff was very polite and attentive. The hotel is in a good location for walking to shops and restaurants. The breakfast had lots of variety. We really appreciated the covered parking garage. Negative: The only thing about this hotel was that it is on a steel hill. Which makes for walking up it after walking to dinner and shopping a little exhausting. But at the same time, it helped work off the huge meals we had. So, win...win.

Rooms are nice and clean. Location was very accessible to the shops and restaurants around the area. We were just baffled with this lady at the front desk. My husband is a loyal Hilton member so he was used to getting a little baggie of treats and bottles of water after check-in without even asking. However we understand that this depends on the property so he just asked for water instead. The front desk asked us WHY we were asking for water and we were just speechless.

No. They have a free breakfast. The Plaza is a five minute walk down a steep hill. Lots of great dining and options for take out
