Front desk gave me a hard time checking in….place smelled like incense and cheap perfume….toilet stopped working….only 3 sockets worked in the room…pillows flat….fridge dirty and unthawed….yuuuuuck!

Started out in one room and had to move to another room because they wanted to take pictures for there website and the price we started out with was $420.00 a week but by the time we left it went to $520. And some change

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room smelled like smoke and was dirty looking. the whole place needs updated and cleaned. The safety lock on the door was broken off. The coffee was so weak you could see through it like weak tea. I will never stay there again!

We had a clinic visit at Saint Luke’s hospital for my recent kidney transplant. Came to the hotel at about 8:45 at night and we’re going to leave at 6:00 in the morning. The lady at desk was rude. I was surprised there wasn’t a elevator. It was hard walking up stairs after a transplant. We will never stay there again.
