I have been trying to make an appointment for two weeks now I called last week they told me someone would call me back to make an appointment that never happened. So I called back a week later they said the only appointment they have available is for Wednesday of the following week when my daughter starts school which is too late. My sister called the same day and then they made her an appointment for the next day for her daughter. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a man I'm but I'm a single father and this is very unacceptable and very unprofessional.
