The Service here is excellent and the staff is very professional and friendly from the Dr's to the massage therapist. On my first visit I could hardly walk due to major pain in my knees which the knee Dr says is bone on bone arthritis. After one visit here I was walking 85% better with much less pain. After 5 visits I am walking 99% better with little to no pain! So if you are suffering from knee or back pain I recommend you try their service and tell them Rivers sent you!

I couldn't breathe, let alone walk, without agonizing pain. Having dealt with sciatica for 30 years I know how to tend to it, but this episode was different and I was deteriorating fast. Something was really wrong. After months of prescriptions, diagnostics, injections and crippling worsening pain, triple-disc fusion was recommended. A devastating option. Then I found Wellness First. After my consult with Dr. Rob, treatment with Dr. Kelly, and some massage therapy, I'm back to my baseline with NO surgery. And I will continue my care with them because they truly do care AND they know what they're doing. Never once were they pushy, as we all hear and fear about the industry. You do what's right for you. Chiropractic care really works. Just give it a chance. They got me back on my feet, and I can't thank them enough.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Wellness First. This was my first contact with a chiropractor and honestly, I regret having taken so long to get here. If I had known how much stress and tension I hauled around needlessly over the course of nearly 48 years, I would have made this aspect of my personal care as regularly maintained as dental health. In my case, overexertion in a new fitness regimen resulted in stabbing pain in my lower back. Wellness First was able to schedule my first visit within 24- hours of my call. New patient orientation with Dr. Rob was highly informative and I left with valuable insights about my own neurological and vertebral health as well as a greater understanding of this highly-specialized medical science. The focus of the treatment plan was not only on healing my injury but educating me on the importance of preventive treatment to thwart unnecessary complications as I age. All COVID-19 precautions were carefully exercised throughout every facet of my treatment which eased those anxieties for me. After patiently answering my questions and outlining the proposed care plan, I commenced “muscle work” with Stephanie. It was incredible! I should NOT have waited so long to prioritize this self-care. Though I can only attest to the skillfulness of one massage therapist, I’m told the entire cadre are equally gifted. I have encouraged a number of my relatives and friends locally to make appointments (PROACTIVELY) at Wellness First. I think you owe it to yourself, as well.

Doctors and massage therapists who truly care about their patients! I feel better now than I have in years. Love the personal touch and care received at this office. A truly friendly and flexible array of services provided in a family like atmosphere.

It can vary, but I have gotten them same day. Might be different for new clients. They have a call back service, so call anytime and leave a message. They will get back to you and soon as they can.

Do you bill insurance for chiropractic massage? My insurance company verified the plan covers massage, but my current provider refuses to bill, saying the insurance company tells me yes then denies the claim.

My insurance also pays although I have an annual cap.
