This is what happens when a company has monopoly on a service. In 1 year.+ we have made dozens of phone calls, on our 4th router. Couldn’t use Amazon fire stick for 7 months due to weak signal/Internet. Seriously! Had our house completely rewired by them with the wrong cable, took 6+ months to undo. Had it done again -service still bad for months until a supervisor came out and found they hadn’t finished the job and plugged it in! I still had the old bad wiring. That was 2 months ago and it’s still a mess. 7 unanswered calls yesterday, 10 including disconnects. Phone technicians have no idea when there’s a local outage so you spend 30 minutes on the phone only to find out from the billing part department that the whole neighborhood is out. The technicians are kind and they try but this company has no idea what they’re doing. Tech turnover is high. How the base can employ such a low grade service is beyond belief. Currently my service has been off since noon yesterday, 26 hours with no end in sight, no phone calls returned know “ service ticket” response. Back to Starbucks to do my job that I can’t do on my computer at home.

Tired of this MOnopolistic company being the only allowed on base. Service is far outdated and entirely too slow
