I read the reviews but for me, personally, this Spectrum store gets a 5/5. I called to cancel my Spectrum Internet and went to this store to return the moden and wifi router (at 51 W Main Street) and it all went very smoothly. Nance was great. I will keep Spectrum in mind for the future in case I ever want to return as a customer. My only criticism of Spectrum (in general -- this is not about this store just in general): I've been paying $80 a month for awhile now. And when I asked about getting the cost reduced I was told they couldn't. I was only offered the $50 after I said I was switching providers. But no hard feelings I still think Spectrum in general is a decent provider.

I, too have Spectrum internet and I am a senior citizen. They offered me a landline for just $10.00. If you want an even better deal, go online to California Lifeline and since he is on a fixed income his phone will be FREE. The state of California enacted this program a few years ago for residents exactly like your dad and I. Good luck as both options are perfect for your dad and low cost or no cost to his soc. security income.
