This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was filthy. Sheets were disgusting, I had to go downstairs to get 2 additional towels since the ones in the room were dirty. Then when went to take shower, the provided soap had been used and put back in the sleeve! The toilet paper was placed on top of the holder, but not in the holder, which was gross too. Also, they do not serve a continental breakfast which was described when I booked online.

Check-in was fine. The lady and gentleman who were at the desk were very nice and helpful. As soon as I opened the door to my room, all I could smell was "damp". The room smelled as if it had been kept closed for quite a while. The air conditioner had been turned off, so it was also quite hot, but cooled down quickly. The furniture was dirty and needed to be steam cleaned and vacuumed. The top cover on the bed had not been washed in quite some time. The headboard had not been cleaned and there were handprints, etc. smeared across it. The sheets were clean, though. The area around the sink was tidy, but the counter had not been wiped off and had dirt and dust over it. The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade and had mold on the ceiling. The showerhead and drain were rusty, and it didn't look like the showerhead had ever been cleaned. The walls of the shower also had not been scrubbed well in a while. The paint or coating was peeling off of the toilet. The door to the outside of the room and to the bathroom were absolutely gross, and something had torn up part of the door to the bathroom- maybe another customer's dog at some point? The entire floor was particularly disgusting. I wore my shoes whenever I needed to get up as I noticed the bottom of my socks got black after just one walk to the sink. The entire area between the walkway and parking lot was covered in cigarette butts. If I could've gotten a refund, hadn't been at work all day and driving for many hours, I would have gone to another hotel. I slept in the middle of the bed on a blanket from my car, with the hotel pillows and blankets shoved far away, and left shortly after waking up. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I read reviews before booking, and there were quite a few positive ones; however, I think it must be room dependent on how clean and appealing it is.

Very friendly staff can’t complain. Unfortunately I can’t say anything positive about the rooms and amenities. Our room was picked up but dirty and a lot caterpillars crawling on walls and some on our bed. No breakfast like offered when booking. Washing machines were out of order . Pool was dirty and cloudy. The only good thing was that is located in a very good location close to a lot of stores. Restaurants. And a Mall at walking distance.

Room size was great smelled clean but the beds we're hard and had a old smell to them. The young lady who checked us in was so sweet and friendly.
