Went in totally new to running and needing a solid running shoe, but knowing absolutely nothing about what to look for. Staff were patient and super helpful, and after trying on and comparing a few styles I left with a pair that has been serving me super well.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient staff. They watch you walk barefoot to recommend shoes that will support you as an individual. I went their 3 pairs of shoes ago on the recommendation of a podiatrist (plantar fasciitis). It's now the only place I go for shoes!

Hi Eva! Yes they do! Marathon Sports has a fit process where they evaluate your gait, stride, and properly identify your correct shoe size.
I had to wear a face mask, and using hand sanitizer was recommended. I was the only person there when I went, but I'd expect them to restrict the total number of shoppers if it gets crowded.

I can't speak to special sizes, but they fit me with shoes, and seemed to know what they are doing. My shoes are super comfy, even after a ton of running. They took their time, paying attention to how I walked, and the shape and size of my foot, getting shoes from the basement even for me to try. I would give them a shot.
