I'm usually not difficult to please. But I was not impressed with this experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but that was about it. Wifi didn't work. In room coffee didn't work. The bathroom door wouldn't latch shut about 70% of the time. The bathroom sink drain plug didn't operate correctly and it wouldn't drain. The breakfast was also $14.95 per person instead of included as it was implied / advertised. When I mentioned the issues at checkout, I was offered extra points rather than a discounted rate. All fine and to be expected if it was the cheapest place to stay in town, but at over $200 a night... not impressed.

Positive: Friendly staff, we got bumped to club level. The staff in the club lounge were great and we loved their hot breakfast in there. My husband was happy they started to serve a full breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, juice coffee

The area actually makes this hotel worth it super nice and clean area visiting Tupelo Ms was highlight of the trip. Now for the hotel the man working the counter could care less about checking people or the that he was helping. After getting checked went to room in was smaller then expected tight need less to say. Very clean hotel, beds were firm, good place to sleep. Are kids wanted to swim so we took them now and that was big mistake soak wet floor made the condition dangerous for Everyone. Our kid fail and hit his head. Tons of kids jumping off the handicap equipment no in there to supervise them besides that experience it was a great place to sleep for the night. We fell safe in the area as well. Just heads up don’t get your hopes up on the pool area. Also it’s 14.95 for breakfast and Wendy’s is right down the road. The bar seemed nice but didn’t visit it.

We were on our way from MO to Gulf Shores, AL on vacation and stopped in Tupelo as a half-way mark. Holiday Inn has always been our first choice in hotels and this one did NOT disappoint us. The moment we walked in, we were amazed to see the beautiful foyer and awesome lighting, it felt so inviting and top-notch. It was an easy check-in and our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious and our hostess, Deeana was fantastic! She catered to our sweet four-year-old grandson, which was so cute, he loved her! Thank you so much for the pleasant stay, good night's rest and great food!
