Lady in the front was nice and tried her best to make it right for us, but these hotels need major updating, cleaning, and pest control. Our room looked like the only the only thing that had been changed was the bedding and even it had cigarette burns. The bathtub was dirty, toilet was dirty, mirror still had toothpaste splatters on it, half the lamps didn't have shades and the other half didn't have bulbs, the walls looked like a crime scene was cleaned up, but never painted over, AND we saw multiple live ROACHES in the room. Their solution was to send us to their sister hotel on the other end of the strip and once again, front desk receptionist was nice, but that is it. These rooms were even more run down. There was blood on the shower curtain, the bath mat in the tub was caked with brown who knows what, but the worst part is there was a conjoining door that did not lock and we could see in to the room next to us due to the door knob being loose and hanging down. We ended up at the Helendorf Inn and were very satisfied.

The nastiest place I have ever been to in my life . On the web sight they offered smoking and non smoking rooms . Obviously we got the non smoking room . We walk into our room and it smells like a pack of cigarettes. We asked to try a different room and we did and it smelt the exact same way . The rooms were dirty and stained up . I couldn’t imagine staying in such a nasty place . We asked for our money back because we were NOT staying there . We got denied our money back even though they LIED to us saying they offered non smoking rooms . When the manager was confronted by me she became very aggressive and wouldn’t give me the bosses number . Long story short we ended up staying else where and will be filing a dispute. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room they give us the heater was broken. They put us in another room that was alright. Saturday the desk personnel just came in on us when we were in a private moments.We would have locked the second lock , it was missing.she said that she hadn't checked us in, she was the one that had checked us in It was her mistake in the paperwork I had never been so embarrassed in my life. When we left I couldn't even get a receipt.
