The staff is amazing, professional, and has a great sense of humor. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was extremely clean. All my request were addressed quickly. The breakfast set up was awesome with ready to go packaged breakfast biscuits, cereal, waffle machines, fruit, and etc. Rick and Tyler made my family’s stay even more special with great customer service. You will love this location. The pool is clean and inviting. I give this location a 5 star. I would give more if I could.

I love hotels with grills! This one didn't disappoint. If you have a vehicle this is a great place! Without a vehicle it's a little remote but there is a restaurant and bar in the sister property behind. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. The grill and grill set were well kept and helped me make some delicious "home" cooked meals. The staff was super ni e and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again!

We arranged the check in ahead of time so we could bypass the lines at the front desk in case there was one. No line but two people behind desk standing up staring at us as we were walking past. We said good afternoon- they BOTH never spoke. Encountered them two more times no smiles nothing. But the hotel is new and after my initial review the Manager reached out to me and said that they appreciated my review and even though negative to the front desk it's a good learning tool for them. Due to that fact I feel training may correct this issue as I feel your representative is the first impression a customer has of your business and that is one of the reasons for decline in repeat business. It's extremely crucial for your rep to be experienced in negotiating for both you, the employer and the customer. I am a manager and negotiator . So I now rate them a 4 stars and say give them a chance.

30 min to siesta key. We stayed here instead of staying at resort hotel near siesta beach. I'm sure it was the clever choice. We bought food at whole foods and cooked here. They provided portable electric stove an d a pan. It was small and we had to be creative. But it was fun! Hotel is very clean. You can see airport from your room. If you are a fan of aviation, it must be fun for you too 😊
