I was racial profiled on this past Saturday the banker Mannetta Person refuse to create me a profile for me to withdraw money from my account because I quote she said “ that’s going to take a while, it’s almost time to go. I was on the phone with customer services trying to get her to verify me even the customer service rep ask her to verify me serval time and she finally said she needed a manger to do it which was a lie. She used my information to put a fraud alert on my account instead of verifying me. I will never go to this bank again. I did all the verification they needed. Today on Tuesday but they still have my account on fraud alert and it’s going to take about 2weeks for them to tell me what’s going on. Don’t go to this bank go somewhere else!!!!

I love this bank. Akira always goes out of her way to help me in anyway possible. The rest of the bankers are great as well but Akira is definitely my favorite.

I'm not sure why this bank has so many negative reviews. I've been here dozens of times and the staff has been excellent. I've pretty much been helped by very member of the staff and they have been nothing but professional with me.
