Probably the worst customer service!!! Time for a new bank.

Went in for a simple request (name change after marriage on my credit card), after being told over the phone by national customer service that I needed to go into a branch to provide documentation. At the window I was treated extremely curtly and immediately told to call the number to do it over the phone. When I explained I had already done that and was told to come in, I was told it was impossible without speaking to a banker, and then told no bankers would be available for weeks and to try another branch, with no guarantee that another branch would be able to do it. I'm somewhat astonished such a simple request that easily processed through the federal government, state government, and my main bank (a credit union, which I highly recommend everyone use over national banks) was so difficult to do here. They're clearly short staffed, and the reviews about staff being unhelpful and rude are not inaccurate. If you need to bank in Hyde Park, choose literally any other bank -Hyde Park Bank, United Credit Union, and even Bank of America are all much kinder and easier to interact with.

Always busy. Long waits for client services and bookings are sometimes weeks out. Tellers and security are always very friendly and helpful

Not if you need a banker for your request, as they're completely booked for weeks out and won't allow you to wait for one to be available.

Yes, chase has a notary but needs to be scheduled and usually it's weeks out. The notary service is free for change clients.
